With the start of accession negotiations between the European Union and Turkey on 3 October 2005, EU-Turkey relations have entered a new phase. The Center for European Integration Studies continuously accompanies the process of negotiations with the publication of the “ZEI EU-Turkey-Monitor” (editors: Andreas Marchetti and Volkan Altintas). The Monitor, prepared in close collaboration with Turkish colleagues, appears three times per year and addresses practitioners and academics as well as the interested public. The ZEI EU-Turkey-Monitor understands itself as a medium to strengthen the dialogue between Turkey and Europe and intends to enhance mutual knowledge. |
