The Master of European Regulation of Network Industries (MERNI) is offered by the Center for European Integration Studies (ZEI), which is an independent research institute at the University of Bonn. MERNI's functional and academic management rests with the program’s permanent staff, whereas teaching duties are carried out by the members of the MERNI faculty.
